December 2025 is already here and how quickly this year has flown by! This year has been challenging, yet incredibly productive and interesting.
Since February I’ve been focused on launching and establishing new processes within a new tribe (70+ people). The most significant achievement has been making our internal workflows more understandable and transparent, both within our business team and in our interactions with development teams. This has made collaboration simpler and more effective for everyone.
While there’s still room for improvement, we’ve taken crucial first steps! We’ve started measuring not only our work outcomes but also how quickly we achieve our goals.
In February I completed training from ICAgile on the Foundations of Artificial Intelligence and received my certification. I’ve been actively using AI in my work for the second year now and it truly helps in completing many tasks faster and more efficiently.

Furthermore I developed and conducted a workshop on the importance of making our task (epic) names clear and reflective of their value. I’ll share more details about this in a separate post soon.
