My three-month internship at Sber bank as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach has finished. These were amazing months. I had so many different activities: facilitation of Scrum events in 4 teams, kick-off for a new team, workshops, helping teams in their transition from Scrum to Kanban, training and mentoring new Scrum Masters, analyzing graphs in Jira, diagnosing teams and drawing up an improvement plan, weekly meetings with tribe leaders, facilitation of a retrospective of the whole tribe and a New Year’s retrospective for the bank’s Scrum Masters, participation in the events of the Banking Guild of Scrum Masters and Coaches and so on.
Not everything went smoothly, there were victories and mistakes, but we learn by overcoming difficulties, it’s one of the main principles of Agile, isn’t it?
I would like to thank my mentor Zhanna Shimanaeva who supported me so much. She gave me a lot of advice, a lot of materials, invited me to meeting with tribe leaders where I could communicated ith them and share my opinion abot what and how can be improved. I’m grateful to Sergey Rogachev, Ivan Seleverstov and ScrumTrek for the opportunity to gain practical experience after their amazing course for Scrum Masters.
I would be glad to receive your comments, feedback and advice. Don’t forget to share your stories about how you develop your skills: it’s very important, it motivates us to move further.
Now I’m open for new job opportunities and would be grateful to you if you recommend me as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to your friends, colleagues and everyone who is looking for such specialists.
