I would like to tell you about my certification plans for this summer. I understand that not everything we plan works out, but without plans, we cannot move forward. We need to have an idea and goals of where and how to move, how to develop professionally.
I plan to pursue several certifications this summer and/or early fall. Here are they:
- PSM III certification is recognized globally as a mark of excellence in Scrum methodology. It is the highest level of Scrum certification offered by Scrum.org. It demonstrates that you have a deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and values, and are able to apply them effectively in complex, real-world situations. This certification can set you apart from professionals and demonstrate your expertise to potential employers.
- Enterprise Agile Coaching is a valuable way for individuals to demonstrate their expertise in agile methodologies and organizational change management. It demonstrates that the individual has a deep understanding of agile principles and practices, as well as the ability to apply them effectively in complex organizational settings.
- Upgrade my SAFe 5 certification to SAFe 6 certification. SAFe 6 is the latest version of the Scaled Agile Framework. Upgrading your certification can provide you with expanded knowledge and skills in the areas of SAFe 6. This can help you better understand the framework and its implementation, and enable you to make more informed decisions in your role as a SAFe practitioner.
- PSPO II Certification. It demonstrates that you have advanced knowledge and skills in the field of Product Ownership, and are able to apply them effectively in complex, real-world situations. This certification can set you apart from other Product Owners and demonstrate your expertise to potential employers.
These certifications will enhance my knowledge, skills, and marketability as a professional, and demonstrate my commitment to ongoing learning and development.
And what about you? Do you have any plans for this summer? Are you going to study and pursue certifications?
I would be happy to talk about it.
