A Simple Cherished Family Apple Pie

Cooking is my passion, bringing joy. I would like to share a simple, old family apple pie recipe.

You will find an ingredient list, step-by-step instructions, and photos of both the recipe process and the finished dish.

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

10 g butter

First, crack the eggs into the bowl you will use for whisking:

Next, add sugar:

Whisk eggs and sugar with a mixer until smooth:

Gradually add flour and whisk until smooth:

This is the resulting dough:

Then cut one apple into small pieces, and the second apple into half-rings:

Place parchment paper in the baking pan and grease it with butter. Then pour a small amount of dough onto the bottom:

Place the apple cut into small pieces on top:

Spread the remaining dough on top and arrange the apple half rings beautifully as you like:

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for approximately 40 minutes.

Once the top is golden brown, check for doneness: insert a toothpick into the center of the pie.

If the toothpick comes out clean, the pie is ready and can be removed from the oven.

If the toothpick is wet, continue baking until it comes out clean.
