This year, I have set myself an ambitious task – to organize and conduct an Annual Demo within my stream. We were expecting an audience of 150 people. To reach such heights, I joined forces with my colleague and together we enthusiastically took on the task.
Immersed in the process, I started the search for the perfect online platform for our event. My efforts were crowned with success quite quickly; I found a platform and began to explore its features. Several meetings with a representative gave me a complete understanding of how to use its capabilities for our event most effectively. When I shared the discovery with my colleague, his approval became a sign for me that we were on the right track.
The budget adventure turned out to be full of challenges, but we were unwavering in our determination, and a few days before the start of the Demo, the platform was ours. In parallel with the search for a budgeting solution, I sketched preliminary designs for the meeting, created a quiz on the global history of credit cards. After that, I showed what I had achieved to my colleague and together we brought the project to perfection.
Suddenly the lead of our stream left the bank two weeks before the event. It was like a bolt from the blue, and we were in a whirlpool of uncertainty. But thanks to the responsibility and involvement of our colleagues, new agreements went quickly and efficiently.
Time was short, but there was still much to do: presentations, platform setup, quizzes, and even issues with gifts were a cause for concern. However, when I learned about the missing gifts, I was initially upset, but then it simply added to the adrenaline rush. And when, 20 minutes before the start of the event, we finally had necessary presentations and other materials and Vova helped to upload them to the platform, I felt all the tension fade away and pride for our team emerged.
The moment had arrived – the Annual Demo. Not 150 people came, but 161! It was unexpected and nice. Three hours flew by unnoticed, like a single moment. I didn’t just lead the event; I was at the center of interaction with participants, filling the meeting with energy and rhythm as if a DJ was controlling the pulse of a party. My colleague reliably held the technical front, allowing me to fully immerse myself in communication without being distracted by these issues – fortunately, there were only few problems. Despite the initial nervousness of the participants, they quickly adapted to the new platform and happily engaged in the proces
I would like to highlight the customer focus of the platform representatives; it was invaluable, their support in the final run-through and in the preparation overall was very important
After the event ended, when I read the positive reviews, I realized that all obstacles had been overcome. Yes, I was tired, my colleague was tired, but we coped. It was a triumph of collaboration, innovation and unwavering will to achieve the goal. With gratitude to my colleague, the platform representatives and all the participants, I closed this chapter, already dreaming of the next challenges that await me ahead.

- Warm-up: participants wrote their associations with the proposed pictures, liked, joked and got used to the platform
- Quiz about the global history of credit cards
- Then we recalled the challenges of 2023 and learned what awaits us in 2024
- Quiz about the history of our Credit Card Stream
- Presentations on the directions of our Stream alternated with quizzes on the attentiveness of participants
- Cinema Poster Contest: teams prepared posters about their teams in the style of popular movies in advance and we chose a winner
- Genius of Planning Award – awarded the winning team
- Guardian of Quality Award – awarded the winning team Wrote and placed wishes under the Christmas tree for the new year
- Summarized and closed the meeting.
It was an unforgettable day, a priceless experience of facilitating 160+ participants.
