As we say goodbye to 2024, I look back on the year that brought its share of challenges, successes and joys. It’s time to reflect on the year and I proudly look back at my achievements. This year, just like the previous one, has been a journey into the world of knowledge for me. I set a goal to earn new certifications and improve my skills.
Let’s take a look at my accomplishments:

✔ Completed training OKR Practitioner and received certificate from OKR Consortium

✔ Completed a Free Course AI & Agility from Scrum Alliance

✔ Attended AgileDays 2024 conference

✔ Celebrated 5 years being the Scrum Master

✔ Completed training and received the ICP-AHR certificate from ICAgile

✔ Developed workshop Improving Sprint Palnning, consisting of two parts: part 1 and part 2

✔ Completed training and received the ICP-TST certificate from ICAgile

✔ Developed worshop Effective Meetings: Turning Time into Results, consisting of 3 parts. History and general description

Now I’m ready for new challenges and eagerly await what the next year will bring. Ahead lies more knowledge and new accomplishments!
