In November 2023, I contributed to moderating a brainstorming session aimed at identifying innovative solutions. The event took place in a dynamic atmosphere with the participation of bank teams and clients, collaborating to generate ideas for the evolution of bank products and exploration of new business avenues.

Throughout 2023, the bank successfully implemented 38 pilot projects through fast track program, with 70% of these initiated thanks to partner scouting. Out of these, six piloted concepts were successfully scaled across the bank’s entire structure.

Recently, I received appreciation for my active participation in the advancement of pragmatic innovations and for my high professionalism in moderating brainstorming sessions focused on the search for innovative ideas.

Receiving such recognition has been a very pleasant and significant moment for me.
