Today I would like to start my post with a part of a small poem by Walter Eaton that I learned when I was a university student. This poem creates a romantic atmosphere of autumn.
By the little river,
Still and deep and brown,
Grow the graceful willows,
Gently dipping down.
Dipping down and brushing
Everything that floats—
Leaves and logs and fishes,
And the passing boats.
Autumn is a wonderful time of the year when nature changes its outfits. The leaves become colorful and bright, and the warm rays of the sun play on them, creating a unique atmosphere. However, the coolness is already felt, and people feel the need for comfort and warmth.
Autumn has always inspired me. It seems like the perfect time for new beginnings and learning. I always want to learn something new, learn something useful. That is why I have plans for the next three or four months, and I want to share them with you.
This autumn I plan to pursue several certifications and to explore and implement some new tools from Management 3.0 Practicies. Here are the points:
- PSM III certification is recognized globally as a mark of excellence in Scrum methodology. It is the highest level of Scrum certification offered by Scrum.org. It demonstrates that you have a deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and values, and are able to apply them effectively in complex, real-world situations. This certification can set you apart from professionals and demonstrate your expertise to potential employers. I have already begun preparing and hope to successfully pass it by the end of autumn.
- Enterprise Agile Coaching is a valuable way for individuals to demonstrate their expertise in agile methodologies and organizational change management. It demonstrates that the individual has a deep understanding of agile principles and practices, as well as the ability to apply them effectively in complex organizational settings. I am going to take the training and then certification.
- Managemnet 3.0 Practicies Management 3.0 is about action. The best way to not only learn, but to absorb information and adopt new practices is by having fun experimenting. Management 3.0 tangible tools and management games are the best way to foster transformational change within teams as well as to increase team motivation. I have already experimented with 3 tools (at the bottom of the post you will find the links to the posts) and would like to continue my journey, exploring games and tools.
Autumn really inspires new beginnings and learning. I am looking forward to what this time will bring me and I hope that my plans will be successfully realized. After all, autumn is not only a time of coolness, but also a time of opportunities and new discoveries.
But in addition to studying, I also plan to spend time with friends and family. I want to visit beautiful places, enjoy nature and have interesting conversations.
So, I’m ready for the new season and ready to face all the opportunities it will bring. Autumn is a time of change and new opportunities and I look forward to starting my journey in this direction.
As I mentioned above, here the links for posts about my experience with some of Management 3.0 tools:
What about you? What plans do you have? Could you share your thoughts and intentions? It would be great!
