So, 2022 is over. By tradition, I would like to look back and to do the retrospective: recall all the most interesting and important what happened to me along my learning path last year.
Well, let’s go. What happened to me in 20212? I will tell you about the key moments and events.
February In mid-February, I successfully completed the training and received a certificate in eduScrum. For those who don’t know or forgot: eduScrum is an adaptation of Scrum for the educational process, that is a way of organizing learning process. It can be used in schools and universities and even you can teach Scrum using eduScrum. This is a framework where responsibility for the learning process is transferred from the teacher to the students.
This is exactly how the classes at the School of Scrum Masters were held in the bank where I work. We trained future Scrum Masters using eduScrum. With this approach to learning, teamwork skills are formed, an understanding of common responsibility for the result ii formed.

One more achievement – on the 16th of February, 2022, I participated in the Certified LeSS Basics course and received the certificate confirming the completion of the training.

March In March I successfully passed the test and received PSM2 certificate. I was going to hand it in December 2021. But as usual, December turned out to be very busy at work. So I decided to do it at the beginning of 2022.

October In October I took a very interesting training Management 3.0 – A new look at leadership. The training lasted two days and was built on theoretical blocks interspersed with practical exercises. At the end of the training I got certificate.

November In November I participated in the online webinar OKR Review: Gather Your First Goals for “Objectives and Key Results” hosted by ScrumTrek. It was a two-hour seminar with an overview and Q&A on this topic. I realy liked it and find it useful for myself. There was not any certificates of participance, but it is one of my steps aling my learning path and I can’t help mentioning it.

I had aso another achievement in November. At the end of November I took a two-day online training Business Analysis Fundamentals and Process Optimization in a Company. It is my first step in this field. Then I am going to take training and certification by IIBA. It was interesting for me to refresh in the memory the key steps to optimize the company’s process. Now I would like to study BABOK VIsual Study Guide, which includes huge amount of structured text information.

Well this tough year came to the end. At the end of the year, in December, my teams and I had two large retrospectives. One was directly devoted to the results for 2022 and the second was more festive, where we looked back, played a little and said each other kind and warm wishes for the next year.
The new year has come and we all need to discoversomething new, learn something useful and move further.
And what about you? Did you have the retrospective of your year? Do you have plans for 2023?Please share your news with me. You can send messages to me in Telegram or at LinkedIn.
